Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
We follow an Integrated Pest Management philosophy — the same approach recommended across the professional pest-control industry. Instead of reaching for the heaviest treatment first, IPM focuses on understanding the pest, removing what attracts it, and using targeted controls in the right place at the right time. The result is lasting control with less product used overall.
In practice, that means we combine inspection, sanitation guidance, exclusion (physically sealing pests out), and precisely placed treatments. For ongoing accounts, we adjust the plan with the seasons — San Francisco’s damp winters and microclimates create different pressures than the dry months, and a good program accounts for that.
Safe for families and pets
Most of our customers are living or working in the spaces we treat, often with kids and pets around. We use industry-approved products and apply them responsibly — choosing targeted methods like gel baits and crack-and-crevice placement over broad spraying wherever possible, and always explaining what we’re using and any simple precautions to take.
